item is as described however if you already have a slim waist it will fit like the images. my stomach isn’t flat because I’m just starting to work on my abs. what I dislike about the product is that while in place the bottom part is all the way covered by the body shaper but the top part sticks out & over the body shaper. I am tall but to me the item could have been longer in length because I can’t wear it for fear that the bottom will go in but the top will look deformed sue to how much of my upper abdomen is out.
